Parole vs. Probation and Prison vs. Jail: This segment will clarify the distinctions between parole and probation, as well as prison and jail, to help attendees understand the specific challenges faced by those under community supervision or incarcerated.
Community Corrections and Justice Supervision in New York State: A general oversite will be given to the community corrections and justice supervision programs in New York State, providing insights into local practices and resources available.
