Drawing from his own lived experiences, Trent developed the Roadmap to Success™, a program designed to empower underemployed individuals through comprehensive support in Workforce Development, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. Originally created for returning citizens, the program now serves a wide range of participants, including New Citizens, Opportunity Youth, People with Disabilities, Veterans, HR professionals, and Frontline Managers.
Additionally, the Roadmap to Success™ program helps businesses build workplace environments that attract and support underrepresented talent, positioning them as employers of choice for those seeking meaningful career opportunities.
