Moreover, Trent's program assists businesses in fostering inclusive workplace cultures, positioning these organizations as preferred employers for a broad spectrum of underemployed populations.

About

ABOUT

Despite facing numerous challenges in my life, I have consistently demonstrated resilience and transformed myself into the successful business leader I am today. At a young age, my parents struggled with addiction issues and I tragically lost my father, creating a tumultuous environment. Another fatherless child, but I refused to let that define me.

By the time I reached 19, I found myself on the wrong path, leading to incarceration and a daunting 12-year sentence. During those dark years, I made a choice to change my life. I dedicated myself to personal growth, education, and self-improvement. Despite the constraints of my situation, I persevered.

After serving over seven years in total, including time in prison and on parole, I emerged with a newfound determination to recreate myself and defy the odds. I channeled my experiences into building a better future, focusing on education and professional development.

Through relentless commitment and unwavering resilience, I overcame the obstacles in my path. Today, I stand as a testament to the power of perseverance and the ability to rise above adversity. My journey has shaped me into a strong and compassionate business leader, whose passion is positive impact and currently doing so through transportation and people building with an emphasis on aiding ex-felons through my roadmap to success program.

I firmly believe that our past does not define us; it is how we respond to adversity that truly matters. My story serves as an inspiration to others, illustrating the potential for transformation and success, no matter the circumstances. My being a trusted messenger and experience with successful reintegration of returning citizens into the workforce is why you need me to help your organization become an employer of choice for returning citizens and other underserved populations.
